It has been a year since Addison Bowman’s husband Liam was killed when his vehicle was struck by a drunk driver. Lately, it seems like the walls of the once happy home she shared with Liam are closing in on her. When her best friend encourages her to move, she agrees. She moves into the swanky Mauricio building. It is here she meets the handsome and drop dead sexy Cole. Cole is shrouded in mystery, and, as he and Addison begin to build a relationship, her need to know more about his life grows stronger each day. However, sometimes ignorance is bliss as Addison soon discovers. I really enjoyed this book! It was well written and super engaging. There were many twists and turns that I never saw coming. I loved Addison! Her heartbreak bled from the pages, and I so desperately wanted her to find happiness again. And Cole? He fit the description of tall, dark, and mysterious to a “T”. I must confess that I am not really into mafia romance, but I took a chance on this book because Tijan is one of my all time favorite authors, and, boy, I am glad I did! Tijan knows how to craft a story that will draw you in until the outside word fades away, and isn’t that why we all read-to escape the reality of our every day lives? This is one of those book you don’t want to miss, so what are you waiting for? Hurry up and one click it now! I promise you won’t be disappointed!!
I didn’t begin writing until after undergraduate college. There’d been storylines and characters in my head all my life, but it came to a boiling point one day and I HAD to get them out of me. So the computer was booted up and I FINALLY felt it click. Writing is what I needed to do. After that, I had to teach myself how to write. I can’t blame my teachers for not teaching me all those years in school. It was my fault. I was one of the students that was wishing I was anywhere but at school! So after that day, it took me lots of work until I was able to put together something that resembled a novel. I’m hoping I got it right since someone must be reading this profile! And I hope you keep enjoying my future stories.
